The rules. Shorter than you feared.
Version 3, 8 October 2026. These terms cover TokrPAD and every coin launched from a comment. Using any of it means they apply to you.
The short version
- You are 18 or over. What you may hold where you live is yours to know.
- A coin launched here is a memecoin, not a share and not an investment. It can go to zero, and most do.
- Every coin is paired with $TPAD. Buying a coin buys $TPAD first.
- If a coin came from your video, 80% of its creator fees are yours, paid in $TPAD. Verifying and getting paid costs you nothing.
- Trade with your own money at your own risk. We launch the coin; we don't support its price and promise no value.
- The wallet you connect is yours, key included. We never hold it and never ask for it.
The company behind TokrPAD is being set up. Clause 09 says who you're agreeing with in the meantime, and how to reach them.
Who this is for
You must be 18 or over. If you're under 18, don't trade memecoins.
Coins live on Solana and anyone can read or trade them from anywhere, but what you're allowed to hold or trade differs from one country to the next. That's between you and your own rules; we're not going to pretend to know them for you.
What a coin here actually is
Someone comments @tokrpad Name $TICKER under a TikTok video, and a coin is launched on pump.fun (Solana), paired with $TPAD, with the video's frame as its logo. That's the whole loop.
The coin is a memecoin: an ordinary token on a public chain, with a price set by a market we do not control and cannot predict. It is not a share, confers no rights, pays no dividend, and is covered by no compensation or insurance scheme. $TPAD, the base coin, is a memecoin too. Nothing on this site is investment advice or a suggestion that any coin is worth owning.
Once a coin exists it is out of everyone's hands, ours included. What you may hold, sell or declare where you live is your business and your tax authority's, not ours.
Whose fee it is, and what it costs
Every buy and sell on pump.fun pays a creator fee while the coin is on its bonding curve. 80% of it belongs to whoever made the video, not to the person who tagged the bot and not to us. It is paid in $TPAD. The other 20% is burned as $TPAD, on-chain.
Fees are counted while a coin is on its bonding curve. After a coin graduates to PumpSwap, its fees are not tracked yet, so they are not paid out or burned. The docs keep this up to date.
For the creator, everything is free: you never pay to have a coin, to verify, or to receive your share. Launch costs and gas are on us. Your share is not income and not a promise; it's a share of whatever trading happens, which may be nothing.
The wallet that pays creators and burns is public. The Proofs page reads it off the chain, so this is checkable rather than a promise.
Creators: proving it's you, and getting paid
To claim, you prove the account and link a wallet. The steps are in the docs; the rules are these:
Verification is a code in your public TikTok bio. It proves whoever is asking controls the account, and it's the only thing we can check on our own. Screenshots, emails and DMs are not proof.
The wallet is linked by a signature, which proves the wallet is yours. Your share can then only be paid to a wallet its owner controls. If you think a payout is wrong or missing, write to us (clause 09); a person looks at it, aiming to reply within 72 hours.
The wallet is yours, and so is the key
You connect your own Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack or another, through our wallet connector). It is non-custodial: we never hold your private key, we cannot sign for you, we cannot move or freeze your coins, and we will never ask for your key or seed phrase.
The other side of that is blunt: lose access to that wallet and what's in it is gone, not recoverable by us or by anyone.
Limits, and what can change
Launching costs money, so there are anti-spam limits: how many coins one account can trigger per hour and per day, a wait between launches, a cap per video creator, no repeated tickers. The live numbers are in the docs.
We can move those limits, pause launches, or stop serving a specific account for a reason on this short list: what the house wallet can afford; abuse (one account farming, a flood aimed at one creator); a legal or upstream change (TikTok, the chain, or pump.fun moving under us).
"I never asked for this"
A coin can be launched from your video without you doing anything. If you don't want it, write to us and we'll take it off this site and block your videos from future launches.
What we can't do is delete a coin from the blockchain (nobody can), but we stop showing and promoting it.
What we're on the hook for
The service is provided as it is, with the faults it has on the day you use it. We don't promise it's free of bugs, that a launch or a payout will succeed, or that any coin will be worth anything at all.
We're not liable for the market value of a coin, for the behaviour of Solana or any other network, for a third-party exchange you trade through, or for a wallet you lost the key to. Nothing here removes a right your local consumer law gives you, and liability for fraud or for death or injury caused by us is not excluded.
TokrPAD is not affiliated with TikTok, ByteDance, Solana, or pump.fun. Their names are used to say where a coin came from and which chain it lives on, and for nothing else.
Who you're agreeing with
The company behind TokrPAD is being set up. Its name, address and registration number appear here the day it exists. Until then you are contracting with the individual who operates TokrPAD.
- Contact
- contact@tokrpad.fun
- Governing law
- The operator's local law. Whatever this page says, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
There's a human on the other end of that address, aiming to answer within 72 hours.
Changes
These terms will change, because the product changes. When a change actually affects you, the version line at the top changes with it and it's announced on the site before it takes effect. Fixing a typo is not a material change. Using TokrPAD after a change takes effect is how you accept the new version.
